monetizing your blog that are 
simple and easy to do. 

1. Use Subtle Affiliate Promotions
A blog is a great way 
to promote affiliate 
products to your subscribers
who trust your opinion. 

The key to doing it successfully
is to employ a subtle touch. 

* Ask yourself what types of 
products your readers 
might be interested in.

* Don't place lots of
affiliate banners all over
your website. Promote 
offers in emails, once you
have proven you are trustworthy.

* Don't just try to hard-sell a product. 
Educate your readers on how it
solves a real problem. If
you can prove it does this, it will sell itself.

2. Write Honest Reviews 

* Readers can tell the difference. Use the
product yourself, and review it.

* Go in-depth, and use 
real examples. 
Test the methods and tools
for yourself, 
and make a note of your results.
Create a case 
study proving how this tool
or method helped you, and
provide screenshots as
proof. 

* Most product creators are
happy to provide timed
review copies - as long as 
you ask nicely. 

3. Build an Email List 

* Users don't trust banner ads. 
But they trust emails, as long 
as you've built up
respect and send emails with
valuable information.

* Have an incentive to 
signup - and overdeliver. 
No thin PDF reports! 

* When users sign up to your
optin form, have a series of informative
emails teaching them new methods and tips. 

* Place your optin form at
the top of your sidebar,
in a squeeze page and in a pop-up 
box that automatically
pops up when users enter and exit your website.
